If you find our hotel is available at a lower rate on the net ("Competing Rate") than the one you reserved through www.cosmohotel.com.hk ("Original Rate"), view our terms and conditions and submit a claim form. Submission of the claim form must be completed within 24 hours of the Original Booking made.
Step 3
Cosmo Hotel will within 24 hours verify if the claim is valid and the Competing Rate will be honored accordingly.
Terms and Conditions
The guarantee does not apply to
Rates that are not publicly available such as corporate, travel agent and other negotiated rates
Rates that are available on auction websites
Opaque rates in which the hotel name is made anonymous until the booking is completed on websites including but not limited to Priceline, Hotwire, etc.
Package rates that include additional services and/or amenities including but not limited to meals, breakfasts, transfers, etc.
Rate comparison will be made for reservations of which room type, period of stay, cancellation and advance purchase policies and other terms and conditions governing the rates are exactly identical and net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate
When a claim is made for multiple nights, each night will be compared separately
Rate disparities solely stem from fluctuation and difference in currency exchange rate will be excluded from the guarantee
Claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of the Original Booking made and 24 hours before arrival, on-day reservation is therefore excluded from the guarantee
The Competing Rate must still be available and verifiable at the time Cosmo Hotel validates the claim
Cosmo Hotel is not liable to indemnity incurs from cancellation made on other websites
Cosmo Hotel reserves full right in validating a claim and its decision shall be final in the event of a dispute. The guarantee offer is subject to change without prior notice
